Kenneth Moton is an American News reporter and anchor who currently works at ABC News as a co-anchor of World News Now alongside Mona Kosar Abdi. Prior to joining ABC, Kenneth worked at WPVI as a general reporter.
Moton is ABC News’ co-anchor of its long-running evening and morning news shows, World News Now and America This Morning. He is also a Washington, D.C.-based correspondent for ABC News. In 2015, he joined the ABC News office as a cross-platform reporter covering breaking news and features for radio, television, digital and social media.
Prior to joining ABC, Kenneth worked as a general reporter for Philadelphia station WPVI. Moto landed on WPVi from WFTV in Orlando, where he worked as a general reporter.
Prior to joining WFTV, Moton spent two years at the News 14 Carolina in Raleigh covering notable stories such as the Duke Lacrosse rape case. This was after starting his career in his home state of South Carolina working for WIS and WLTX as a reporter, editor and producer.
