Evan Thomas (HGTV) is a reality television personality who is best known for hosting one of the HGTV shows Bargain Block. He works alongside Keith Bynum. He is also an American builder and carpenter.
Evan earned a bachelor’s degree and a Ph.D. in Physics at University of Colorado. He buys, renovates and sells real estate using his research expertise. His vast experience in process analysis has helped him create efficiencies and cost savings in home construction.

At the Bargain Block, the two got together after fixing their place and decided to buy a house in remote Rocky Mountain to renovate and flip. As they wanted to work in another city with a lower barrier to entry, they moved to Detroit in early August 2017. Their new home took a month to fix and became the first to sell.
