Tracie Potts is a renowned, award-winning American journalist currently working as a news correspondent for NBC 4 News based in Washington D.C. Prior to joining NBC, Tracie worked as an anchor and reporter at WATE-TV, the ABC affiliate in Knoxville, Tennessee.
Potts attended Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism for his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in journalism. During her final years studying for her Masters, Tracie worked as a correspondent for WDAY-TV and radio in Fargo, North Dakota.
