Brad Pitt on How Pottery Became His Pandemic Hobby

Brad Pitt has a brilliantly bizarre pandemic side interest. However, it wasn’t starters of yeast, dalgona coffee or variety of cassava flour keeping it necessary while the world softened around it – – it was the making of pottery.

The 58-year-old artist opened up to ET’s Nischelle Turner about his recently acquired scope of capabilities with an unassuming laugh at the Los Angeles presentation of his new movie Bullet Train on Monday night.

“It was a lockdown, you know,” he says. “We all think, ‘How can we supervise ourselves? How can we handle our hands? How can we handle our lives?’ And I just have a few joints and claims to fame.”

Pitt and Bullet Train co-star Brian Tyree Henry stood out as genuinely interesting, in fact, about typical love from The Great Pottery Throw Down, with Pitt admitting he’s “seen every season” and agreeing with Henry who is “so perfect” when the show is power-designated, Keith Brymer Jones cries during basically every episode.

No word on whether Pitt hopes to open an Etsy shop sooner or later – – despite the way his recently purchased cliffside home would be an ideal spot to relax while playing dirt – – but he’ll be back on the big screen when the Bullet Train hit theaters on August 5th. His show marks another region for the fawning actor, as it’s a lively parody of action carried by the well-known Jackie Chan – – which was an incredible effect for both Pitt and boss David Leitch.

“We often look at Jackie Chan, the sum we love Jackie Chan,” Pitt said, “He looks like our Charlie Chaplin, he’s so misunderstood. Also, the material he got is so amazing. So, to get something along those lines, with the farce mixed in with the fights, I never did that!”
