Alison Starling is an American journalist who works as a news anchor. Starling joined WJLA-TV in August 2003, where she co-hosts weekday news.
During her tenure, she received more than seven Emmy awards for his work as a leading journalist. Alison has provided coverage for local and national news such as Hurricane Isabel in 2003, Tech Shooting in Virginia in 2007, and the Nationals Ballpark Papal Mass in April 2008.
Previously, Alison worked with KIRO-TV in Seattle, where she covered the Seattle earthquake, Tacoma’s connection to the DC sniper case, and the life aftermath of the Space Shuttle Columbia tragedy in Texas. She also worked as a reporter and morning anchor at WDEF in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
