Linsey Davis is an American journalist, based in New York, two-time Emmy Award winner, currently working as an anchor and correspondent for ABC News. Davis joined the ABC News staff in June 2007.
she answered Moorestown Friends High School in New York for her high school. He later enrolled in the University of Virginia and graduated with a BA in Psychology. In addition, she obtained her master’s degree in communication from New York University. She was also a member of Alpha Kappa Sorority.
Davis currently anchors ABC News Live Prime, the first nightly news broadcast on ABC News Live, as well as “World News Tonight” on Sundays. She works as a correspondent for “World News Tonight”, “Good Morning America”, “20/20” and “Nightline”.

Prior to joining ABC News, Davis served as a weekend anchor on WTHR-TV in Indianapolis, where she began as a reporter in 2003. She reported from Turin, Italy for the 2006 Winter Olympics, Athens, Greece for the Games 2004 Summer Olympics and New Orleans, Louisiana during Hurricane Katrina. She also acts on WJRT-TV.
