Joshua Short is an American journalist who currently works as a morning news anchor for WNDU TV NBC16 in the South Bend, Indiana Area. He joined NB16 in May 2017 while still working at Columbia College Chicago as host of The 30 with Joshua Short.
Joshua attended Lindblom Math and Science Academy between 2009 and 2013. Later, in 2013, he attended Columbia College in Chicago, later graduating in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism.
In July 2012, Short served as an intern at Qatar Foundation International for seven months before moving to Chicago Steam to work as an announcer. While still in Chicago, Joshua joined Yahala Voice in December 2013 and worked for 10 months as a radio personality, blogger and intern.
Short further explored the Chicago area when he joined CSN Chicago as a 5 month creative service intern. While at the station, Joshua developed skills in the creative services department and the social media department as well. Soon, he got a new job as a news intern at CBS Chicago in June 2016.
However, Joshua only spent three months at CBS Chicago before getting an opportunity to work as a Windy City Live intern at ABC 7. It took Joshua 5 months of in-depth experience. He then left the station to work as a tour guide for Big Bus Tours in greater Chicago.
