Ashley Zukerman is an Australian-American actor famous for playing Dr. Charlie Isaacs in WGN America’s Manhattan, Senior Officer Michael Sandrelli in the Australian drama series Rush and Jesse Banks in the Australian political thriller The Code. For his role as Jesse Banks in The Code, he received an AACTA Award for Best Leading Actor in a Television Drama in 2014.
Additionally, he played a recurring role on Succession, and in 2021, he played Robert Longdon in the TV series adaptation of Dan Brown’s The Lost Symbol. A native of Santa Monica, Zukerman attended Wesley College on the Glen Waverley campus and began earning a degree in Science Engineering at Monash University before being accepted into Victorian College of Arts.
After graduating in 2006, he began his professional career in theater. He has a critically acclaimed role in The History Boys. Later, in 2018, he had another recurring role in the HOB series Succession, and in 2020, he appeared as the husband of the title character in the Hulu miniseries A Teacher.
In 2021, he stars in the Fear Street horror trilogy which is streamed on Netflix. It was also announced that he has been cast to play Robert Langdon in Langdon, which is based on Dan Brown’s 200-year-old thriller novel The Lost Symbol.
