Elizabeth always wanted to be in the Twin Cities. She says that in her travels as a journalist, one common denominator was that she always liked the people she met from Minnesota. In her leisure time, Susan enjoys going out with her family and eating fried okra. She also enjoys running, playing fantasy football and taking a plane to some places she has never been.
