Phoebe Tonkin is an Australian actress and model known for her roles as Cleo Sertori in H2O: Just Add Water, Fiona Maxwell in Tomorrow, When the War Began, Faye Chamberlain in The Secret Circle and Hayle Marshall in The Originals.
Born in Sydney, Australia, she took classes in classical ballet, hip hop, contemporary dance and tap dancing. At age 12, she began her courses at the Australian Theater for Young People at the Wharf Theatre. She graduated from Queenwood School for Girls.
In 2005, she was cast in the Australian television series H2O: Just Add Water, which premiered on July 7, 2006.
