Si Robertson, commonly known as “Uncle Si”, is a reality television personality, hunter, evangelist, outdoorsman and retired United States Army soldier. He is most recognized for his participation in A&E’s Duck Dynasty, where he rose to the top of the group.
Robertson also hosted the Duck Dynasty spin-off Going Si-Ral and appeared on other shows like Outdoor Channel’s Buck Commander and The Duckmen of Louisiana. Si also appeared as Silas the Narrator in the Veggie Tales episode Merry Larry and the True Light of Christmas, produced by Big Idea Entertainment.
Si grew up in Vivian, Louisiana, where he attended Caddo North High School. He was a member of the school’s football team, following in his brother Phil’s footsteps, and still wore the same #10 jersey.
He joined the United States Army during the Vietnam War after dropping out of Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana after three quarters.
