She started her TV career at WIFR-TV in Rockford, Illinois before moving to KSWO-TV in Lawton, Oklahoma, OETA-TV in Tulsa. While in Oklahoma, Stephanie was praised by the Oklahoma Broadcasters Association and the Associated Press for her reporting capabilities.
