Sally MacDonald is a renowned American journalist who currently works as a reporter and morning anchor for Fox 26 News every day of the week. Prior to joining Fox 26 in April 2019, Sally worked as an anchor and reporter for KTDM-TV in Beaumont.
During her career, Sally was awarded the Lone Star Emmy Chapter for her coverage of Hurricane Rita and the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster. Sally and Fox 26 co-produced a series of in-depth reports on human trafficking in 2012 that garnered a lot of attention.
Sally graduated from The Woodlands High School, where she was part of the Woodlands swim team, which won the state championship. She went on to swim for Arizona State University in college. Sally was an academic All-American water polo player and received the Wings of Gold Student-Athlete Award while at ASU.
