Lainey Wilson is an American country music singer and songwriter. Wilson began performing at a young age before moving to Nashville, Tennessee to pursue a career in country music. Her debut album was published in 2014, followed by a second on the Lone Chief label in 2016. In 2019, she signed a publishing deal and released an extended play (EP) that includes the song Things a Man Oughta Know.
