Andy Allo is a Cameroonian-American actress, singer, songwriter and guitarist. She released her debut album in 2009 and later joined Prince’s band The New Power Generation in 2011. Allo appeared in three episodes of the comedy-drama series, the game where she has a recurring role. She received other roles, including the lead role of Nora in Upload and a supporting role in Pitch Perfect 3.
Furthermore, she played her first solo show at an open mic night at the Fox&Goose Public House in downtown Sacramento in 2008. Their first album was called UnFresh which had 12 original songs where the first single featured rapper Blu and was called Dreamland. She became famous when she started writing with Prince while on tour. She collaborated with Prince on three songs on his album called Superconductor.
Furthermore, she released her single tongue tied in October 2014. In April 2015, she released Hello, which was funded by Pledge Music. Furthermore, she collaborated with Prince on a covers project titled Oui Can Luv. She also appeared in three episodes of the comedy drama series The game. She also performed her song on the talk show Jimmy Kimmel live in addition to being interviewed on the talk show Show Attack.
In addition to appearing in the movie Pitch Perfect 3 as Serenity in 2017, she is also a member of the band called Ever humid, alongside Ruby Rose. She also played Nora in the Amazon Prime TV series Upload. She went to PEU Bamenda school. Later, she attended Arden Middle School in Sacramento for the seventh grade. In 2006, she graduated from El Camino Fundamental High School in Sacramento. Furthermore, she attended American River College in Sacramento.
