John Bachman is an American journalist currently working as the host and editor-in-chief of Newsmax Now on NewsmaxTV. He has held that role since February 2014. Prior to that, he was the station’s digital news editor from November 2011 to February 2014. Before joining NewsmaxTV in November 2011, he worked as an anchor and reporter at CBS 12 News WPEC .
Bachman joined CBS 12 News WPEC in March 2005 and after serving at the station as a reporter and anchor, he left in November 2011. He has reported on and anchored significant news events in South Florida and beyond. He also excelled in creating original and unique content. Bachman also worked at WRDW-TV as a reporter from October 2003 to March 2005.
