Born in Framingham, Massachusetts, Andi was raised in Chicago, Illinois. Andi attended and graduated from St. Francis High School in Wheaton, Illinois. While still in high school, she worked as a model in Greece, where she met a talent agent who encouraged her to pursue acting.
After moving back to Chicago, she began taking acting classes and later graduated a year early and forgoed a full football scholarship to attend the University of South Florida. However, she moved to New York City to pursue a modeling and acting career.
