Caribe Devine is an American weekday weather forecaster for EVB Live, 12 News at 5 pm, Arizona Nightly News and 12 News at 10 pm. Devine joined the staff of 12 News in 2005 as a weekend weather anchor and live footage reporter, before moving to weeknights in 2011.
