Stacey Baca is a veteran American journalist who reports, anchors and stays connected on Twitter and Facebook. She currently anchors the weekend news on ABC 7 News on Saturday and Sunday mornings alongside Mark Rivera, having joined the station in June 2002.
She is a versatile reporter covering a variety of stories, from breaking news, crime, education, politics and reporting. Additionally, Baca contributes to the afternoon news and frequently reports on ABC 7 News at 10am.

Immediately after her graduation, she was hired by the Denver Post as a staff writer serving from 1992 to 1996. During her service, she revealed information about local militia movements and detailed how HIV/AIDS was affecting the Latino community.
Throughout his career, Baca has received numerous awards and recognitions from the Associated Press as well as the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (NATAS). Additionally, she is a member of NATAS and the National Association of Hispanic Journalists.
