Chauncy Glover is an Emmy Award-winning American journalist currently working as a reporter/anchor for KTRK ABC13 in Houston, Texas. He began his journalism career at WTVM News Leader 9 in Columbus, Georgia, two days after graduating from college. After two years, he joined CBS 47 and Fox 30 in Jacksonville, Florida as a special project and General Assignment reporter.
Glover is a graduate of university of troy where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism, music and theater. He also holds a degree in Public Relations. Chauncy was awarded the Sydney Sullivan Top Senior Award after graduating at the top of his college class.

On the network, he covered the Sandy Hook Massacre in Newtown, getting an exclusive interview with the teacher who was in the room next to the one where the massacre took place. He also reported live from Cleveland covering three women who were released from captivity.
His most memorable coverage was in Detroit, when he was sent on breaking news to a school where two students were shot by a coach after they tried to rob him. One suspect was found injured and rushed to the hospital while the second was out of sight until Glover stumbled upon him in the streets with a gunshot wound to the chest.
After witnessing the young man die on the streets of Detroit, Chauncy returned to the Martin Luther King Jr. Mr. High School and created a youth mentoring program. Chauncy also created a mentorship program “The Chauncy Glover Project”, an extensive mentorship program that turns teenagers into honest gentlemen.
