Guillermo Maldonado is a renowned Honduran-American Christian pastor, televangelist, and author who is the co-founder and senior pastor of El Rey Jesus, a non-denominational Christian megachurch located in Miami, Florida.
He is also the founder of King Jesus International Ministry, a fast-growing multicultural church in the United States of America. In over 20 years of ministry, Guillermo is a spiritual father to 500 churches in 70 counties, which is part of the Supernatural Global Network with over 750,000 people.
Maldonado is the founder of the University of the Supernatural Ministry (USM). He holds a doctorate in Christian counseling and a master’s degree in practical theology.

Maldonado came to the United States from Honduras in the 1990s. During a period of intensive prayer, he claims, Jesus Christ appeared before him and spoke loudly to him, saying, “I have called you to bring my extraordinary power to this generation.”
Guillermo preached throughout Central and South America with his wife Anna before settling in Miami. He graduated from Oral Roberts University with a Master of Arts in Practical Theology and from Vision International University with a Doctor of Divinity.
