Adam Longo is a seven-time Emmy-winning American journalist/anchor, currently working for WUSA9 News since October 2015. He is co-anchor of WUSA9 News at 5pm and 11pm with Lesli Foster.
He started out as a writer for News Channel 8 and anchored traffic and weather reports broadcast across the metro area for a company called SmarTraveler TV. Prior to that, he most recently worked as an anchor at CBS TV Station in Phoenix, Arizona. He has also worked on TV stations in Orlando, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Tennessee and Charlottesville, Virginia.
He attended the University of Maryland, College Park, and majored in Journalism and a major in Government and Politics. Adam also attended Fork Union Military High School in Fluvanna County, USA. He is a graduate speaker.
