Annette currently works as a night anchor at WBTW News 13 (Nexstar Media Group, Inc) in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, United States since December 2020. She has also been a reporter and anchor for the media group in Memphis, Tennessee for 4 years and 1 month in 2016. Previously, she worked as an anchor at TEGNA, Memphis, Tennessee for one year.
Furthermore, Peagler was also a reporter for WLBT before joining Nexstar Media Group. At Sinclair Broadcast Group, Annette worked as a multimedia journalist at WKEF ABC 22 WRTGT FOX 45 in Dayton, Ohio Area. She also served on WCPO-TV as a weekend producer for Good Morning Tri-State. However, at the station, she was also an associate producer and reporter for 2 years and 11 months.
