Araksya Karapetyan is an Armenian-born American television personality and anchor who currently works for KTTV Fox 11 News Good Day LA based in Los Angeles. She has co-anchored from 7am to 10am alongside McEwing since March 2012. Her interest in journalism began when she made a summer visit to Armenia and decided to spend her time there not only as a tourist but also exploring to see what everyone the days life was as for most.
Karapetyan started her career as an intern at KABC-TV based in Los Angeles, KFI 640 AM Radio located in Burbank and Torrance CitiCABLE 3. Additionally, she worked at KIDK-TV in Idaho Falls as a reporter, anchor and ad producer.
