Ari David Shaffir is an American comedian, podcaster, actor, writer, and producer. He currently hosts and produces the Skeptic Tank podcast, as well as co-hosts Punch Drunk Sports with Jayson Thibault and Sam Tripoli. Furthermore, Ari is also a frequent guest on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast along with Mark Normand and Shane Gillis. He was born and raised in New York, United States.
Shaffir completed high school in Rockville, Maryland and then attended Yeshiva University in New York City, where he studied for two years. Thereafter, he transferred to the University of Maryland, where he majored in English literature.
