Bill Wolff biography
Bill Wolff is an American television producer who was previously the executive producer of The View. He also served as vice president of primetime programming for cable news channel MSNBC, as well as executive producer for The Rachel Maddow Show.
Having been born into a Jewish family, he graduated from Clayton High School in Clayton, Missouri. He also graduated in Harvard University, where he was a member of the varsity water polo team.
Prior to joining MSNBC, he produced ESPN’s Around the Horn and Fox Sports Net’s I, Max, two sports commentary programs hosted by Max Kellerman, and served as “judge” for the latter show. He also helped produce SportsCenter and Sunday NFL Countdown.
He was previously the executive producer of The Situation with Tucker Carlson, later called Tucker, on MSNBC before his promotion in 2005. Additionally, he was seen on Tucker replacing Willie Geist and reporting on entertainment news. However, he left the station in August 2014 to become part of The View.
