Bob Woodruff is an American journalist who has currently co-anchored ABC World News Tonight since 2006 alongside Elizabeth Vargas. After Woodruff graduated from law school, he worked as a bankruptcy associate at Shearman & Sterling, LLC in New York.
In 1989, Bob was teaching law in Beijing, China, and CBS News hired him as a screen interpreter during the Tiananmen Square protests of 1989.
