Carl Deffenbaugh is an American journalist who currently works as an anchor and reporter at FOX6 in Milwaukee, United States of America. He serves as the anchor for FOX6 WakeUp, Milwaukee’s #1 morning news. Deffenbaugh joined FOX6 in 2016 as a Roving Reporter for WakeUp.
Before joining his current station, he worked for three years as a weekend sports anchor at WSBT-TV in Mishawaka. He also worked as a sports reporter and anchor at WDGJ-TV before joining WSBT-TV. He worked at WDGJ-TV from September 2011 to May 2013. Additionally, he worked as a sports director and sports anchor at Blue Ridge Cable and WLNS.
Carl attended and graduated from the Northwestern University Medill School of Journalism with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism in 2009, having joined the University in 2005. At the University, he majored in Journalism and majored in Ultimate Frisbee.
