Carmen Rose is an American meteorologist who currently works at KARK 4 and FOX 16 News as a meteorologist and traffic anchor. Rose joined the Arkansas Storm team in January 2020. Rose is on weekdays on KARK 4 Today from 4am to 7am and on FOX 16 Good Day from 7am to 9am
Carmen began her television career in Columbus, Georgia in May 2015, where she served as a weekend meteorologist and multimedia science and environment journalist. She left the station in May 2018 and joined KMTR-TV, Eugune, Oregon Area in June 2018 as Chief Meteorologist. Rose left the station in June 2019 and joined Fox 16 News.
