Sadler was hired by WXIN, Fox’s Indianapolis affiliate to host the weekly “Youth Matters” segment before she even finished college. After working for about a year in local news, she moved to California to advance her career.
After appearing as an extra in a few VH1 Hollywood parodies, Sadler landed his first broadcast job. She became engaged as an entertainment reporter in San Francisco in 1997 at KBWB/KNTV in San Jose, California for its entertainment news segments.
She also worked as a host for The Bay Beat, a late-night lifestyle segment for four years, where she traveled to Los Angeles and New York to conduct celebrity interviews.
In 2001, she returned to Indiana, where she returned to WXIN to co-host the station’s morning news. She also aired Hoosier Lottery’s Hoosier Millionaire program, which has become the oldest syndicated lottery game program in the country.
At the same time, she served as the official host of the Indiana Pacers of the NBA in the 2003-04 season. After having her second child in 2005, Sadler moved to Los Angeles in 2006 when she was named host of The Daily 10 on E! alongside Sal Masekela and Debbie Matenopoulos.
