Chris Flanagan is a US journalist currently working as a news anchor for WFXT in Boston, Massachusetts. At 4 pm, he hosts the Boston 25 News and contributes to the 5 pm and 6 pm newscasts. In 2016, Flanagan became a member of the station’s staff.
Chris previously worked for five years as a news anchor for WEWS-TV Channel 5 in Cleveland, Ohio. he attended Colorado State University before returning to New England and graduating Southern Connecticut State University after a lot of skiing.
From 1992 to 2004, Chris worked as a weekend sports analyst before taking on the role of head anchor for WOI-DT in Des Moines, Iowa, where he stayed for four years and was nominated for multiple Emmys. Flanagan left the network to work for the WFAA in Dallas, where he now hosts the weekday morning show. He then left Dallas to work for WEWS-TV.
