Chris Rose is an American sportscaster currently serving as a studio host for many critically acclaimed shows on the NFL Network. She joined the NFL Network in 2012 and is currently the host of NFL GameDay Prime with Pro Football Hall of Famer Deion Sanders every Sunday of the NFL season. Furthermore, Chris has co-hosted the daily show International Talk on the MLB Network since 2011.
Rose is a walkthrough commentator for Battlebots at ABC. Previously, she was a presenter on Fox Sports from 2000 to 2012, where she served as the on-site pre-game show host and called play-by-play for select MLB games on FOX. Rose has hosted The Best Damn Sports Show Period on Fox Sports since its inception in 2001.
During his service with Fox Sports, Chris also hosted the Million Dollar Challenge, as well as Fox’s pre- and post-game coverage of the 2009 All-Star Game and World Series. FOX NFL Sunday and has presented coverage of Fox Sports’ Bowl Championship Series for the past four years.
On February 18, 2021, Chris announced that he would be joining Jomboy Media with a podcast titled “The Chris Rose Rotation”. The show featured several MLB players as co-hosts for the 2021 season. The first episode of the podcast premiered on March 1, 2021. Additionally, Chris hosts a daily baseball show with former MLB player Trevor Plouffe. titled “Baseball Today”.
