Corey McPherrin is an American journalist who currently serves as the anchor of the WFLD-TV FOX 32 nightly news in Chicago since 1995. Additionally, he was promoted to host Good Day Chicago during the weekdays from 7 to 10 am in July 2010. .
Prior to joining FOX 32 News, he worked as a sports anchor at WBBM-TV for 4 years since 1991. He remained in that role until 1995, when he decided to leave the network to join WFLD-TV FOX32 in Chicago.
Prior to joining WBBM-TV, he worked at WABC-TV in New York since 1984, where he became the station’s main sports anchor in 1986.
