Daisy Fuentes is a Cuban-American actress, television presenter, comedian and model, widely known for her work as MTV’s first Latina VJ. Furthermore, she is also known for having signed with MTV and MTV Latin America simultaneously and as the first Latino spokeswoman for Revlon to sign a worldwide contract.
In addition, she was hired to present the weather at the WNJU-TV 47, the local affiliate of the Spanish-language TV network Telemundo. While she was on MTV Fuentes she was also the host of the fashion and modeling series, House of Style, among other corresponding shows.
