Dominique Fishback is an American actress and playwright famous for playing Billie Rowan on Show Me a Hero and Darlene on The Deuce. She also portrayed Dorah Johnson in Judaas and the Black Messiah, for which she was nominated for a BAFTA Award for Best Supporting Actress.
Fishback became interested in acting at the age of 10. Talking about her education, she graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of Arts in Theater in 2013. In 2014, she premiered her Off-Off-Broadway play Subverted where she played 22 characters and in 2015, she was nominated for Theater Award 2015 Innovation Award for Best Solo Performance.
Her first significant recurring role was on the Yonkers housing drama Show Me a Hero as single mother Billie Rowan. His first series regular role was in the 1970s Time Square drama The Deuce. Recently, she starred opposite Daniel Kaluuya in Judas and the Black Messiah. Fishback is set to appear as Elena in the upcoming film Transformers: Rise of the Beasts (2023).
