Doris Burke is a renowned American sportscaster and analyst for the NBA on ESPN, NBA on ABC, College Basketball on ESPN and College Basketball on ABC games. She is also the first woman to serve as a game analyst for the NBA Finals after providing commentary on ESPN Radio in 2020. Additionally, Burke received the prestigious Curt Gowdy Media Award from the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame. Previously, she served as a WNBA game analyst on MSG and New York Knicks games.

Talking about her education, Doris completed her education from Manasquan High School where she played basketball and played point guard. Thereafter, she enrolled at Providence College, where she majored in health services administration and social work. She also furthered her studies and earned a Masters in Education from Providence College. While in college, Burke also continued to play basketball, where he became a member of the Providence Friar women’s basketball team at point guard for four years.
