Edie joined KCRA in July 1995 as a morning reporter and anchor. She later became the weekend anchor alongside Ron Jones until 2002. Her next role was to anchor with Kevin Riggs on the weekend nightly editions of the news. Lambert then switched positions to host the 6pm and 11pm news with John Alston in early 2006. She is currently partnered with Gulstan Dart.
