Elina Shirazi is a Iranian-American journalist who currently works as a reporter and correspondent in Miami for Fox News Channel. After graduating from American University in 2015, Elina began her career as a producer for Fox News and later worked as a reporter and anchor for WDVM-TV at Columbia.
Additionally, she became one of the first Iranian-Americans to work for Fox News on-air when she was hired by the network in 2018 as a Miami-based multimedia reporter.
In Miami, she covered the 2020 United States presidential election and Florida news, including the state’s recovery from Hurricane Michael. She also traveled across the country for top breaking news and also reported on the Iranian government’s lack of transparency during COVID-19.
