The past of Yaris Sanchez may be volatile, but everywhere she goes she bears the telltale signs of a crook. The lady from the Dominican Republic had to break her heart to survive and realize her own American dream. During her time in the United States, she has worked as a bartender, model, video woman, and stripper.
Yaris, who could not rely solely on her mother for her financial needs, found herself in an even worse situation when she became a young mother in her early teens. However, her breakthrough came when she was given the opportunity to perform as one of the dancers in the music video for the song Rockin’ that Thang from The Dream 2009. Since then she has made many videos for popular rap artists such as Big Sean, Nicki Minaj, Trey Songz, and French Montana. Yaris, who has also worked as a director, regrets her past, but she is still pursuing her ultimate goal of making it as an actress, and one can only admire her tenacity.
Yaris Sanchez Bio
Sanchez was born on February 11, 1991, in the Dominican Republic as Yarisenia Sanchez. As an adolescent Yaris was always interested in a career as an actress. In her youth, she enrolled in the High School of Fashion Industries. However, since her mother was not able to fully support her studies, young Yaris had to take on a part-time job to finance her school education. At that time she was in a relationship with a boy whose name is unknown. When she was 15 years old, she became pregnant by her boyfriend and had to juggle the extra responsibility of motherhood with her schooling. Yaris Sanchez also began working part-time at a place called The Children’s Place.
When she was 17 years old, she had developed an interest in video modeling as it was closely linked to her dream career as an actress. Around the same time, her high school won a prom contest organized by Seventeen Magazine. This victory made her high school a hotspot for celebrities from the music industry such as Kid Cudi, who performed at the event. Since she couldn’t find a day job and at the suggestion of a friend who worked as a stripper, Yaris Sanchez also started stripping to be able to take care of her little child. She was just 18 years old when she became a stripper.

In 2009, however, Yaris was lucky when she responded to an ad on Craigslist looking for dancers for the music video for the remix version of Rockin’ That Thang by singer and record producer The Dream. The video also featured other top stars of the industry such as Juelz Santana, Rick Ross, Fabolous, and Ludacris. Their participation in this video opened the door to further possibilities. The following year, Yaris Sanchez appeared in the music video for Trey Songz’s Bottoms Up with Nicki Minaj. In 2012 she also played the lead role in French Montana’s Shot Caller.
Sanchez’s past as a stripper and video woman has led people to force her into a stereotype that she believes doesn’t define who she really is. The dancer model has suffered abuse and other harrowing experiences but has chosen to see the positive in everything. It was this determination that allowed her to break the stereotype and make her directorial debut with her exhibition entitled Never The Girl Next Door. For this project, she teamed up with the photographer Ravie B. The shooting was inspired by the women’s liberation movement, with particular reference to Bettie Page, the pin-up model of the 1950s.
Yaris Sanchez’s Family Life and Relationships
Yarisenia was born in Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. Yaris’ mother took her in and moved to the USA when she was just three years old. During the resettlement, her mother had to leave Yaris’ siblings behind because she knew she would not be able to care for them when she arrived in the United States. Only after she and Yaris settled in New York City did she bring her other children into the country.
Yaris Sanchez and her family lived in a neighborhood in New York that was inhabited by Dominicans. This helped ease their transition to a new country. In order to attend the High School of Fashion, she had to move to the Bronx.
Whether rumor or confirmation, Yaris Sanchez is said to have gone out with some A-list rappers during her time as a dancer. In 2009, the rumor went around that she was dating Lloyd Banks, although the rumors were never confirmed. In 2011, the rumors passed to Yaris and Joe Budden. These rumors were never confirmed either.
Since 2013, however, Sanchez has been in a relationship with rapper Ab-Soul and has been seen accompanying him to various events and social engagements, including a radio interview in 2014 in The Breakfast Club on Power 105.1. There were rumors that the couple would have a child, but Soul dismissed the rumors on the grounds that he was only filling the role of the father in their daughter’s life.
