Hannah Botterman ruled out of the World Cup
England will face New Zealand in the Rugby World Cup final on Saturday. Aitchinson is set to kick off Saturday’s World Cup final. Unfortunately, Botterman will be cheering on his girlfriend off the bench due to a serious knee injury.
Botterman was injured to start the semifinal victory over Canada on Saturday, but was forced to withdraw just hours before kickoff with knee problems. While discussing his relationship on a podcast, Aitchinson discussed his girlfriend’s injury.
Aitchinson said, ‘She still has someone who is in her corner. She is definitely someone the squad looks to for energy.Other than that, Helena Rowland is also out of the squad playing in the World Cup final due to injury.
