JD Disharoon is an American meteorologist from Atlanta, Georgia, United States. He currently works with KARE 11 in Minnesota serving as a weekend weatherman. Basically, JD provides updates on the weather forecast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
Disharoon joined KARE 11 in May 2019 after leaving WGNO News in New Orleans where he was a night weather forecaster. Additionally, he has worked in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Macon, Georgia.
Leading up to his education, JD graduated from Georgia Tech earning a degree in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences. Immediately after his graduation, Disharoon was hired by WGCL as a weather producer.
