Jeremy Diamond is an American journalist who works as a White House correspondent for CNN, based in Washington, D.C., where he covered the Biden administration. Prior to that, he covered the Trump administration and the 2020 campaign. He has also covered Donald Trump’s North Korea policy, Trump’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic, and his West Wing.
Diamond chronicled Trump’s rise, traveling the country as an embedded reporter with his campaign from its inception in 2015 through Election Day. Most notably, he joined CNN as a reporter for CNNPolitics in September 2014, after two previous internships with the network.
