Jillian Deam is an American journalist currently working with FOX 59 News in Indianapolis as an anchor and reporter. She is now the main host of FOX 59’s Indy News Show since 2021. Prior to FOX 59, Dean gained more fame working as a news correspondent for CBS based in Champaign, Illinois. She is also the owner and founder of her own creative agency called The Studio, formed in 2020.
Deam was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana to a working-class family. Her passion to become a journalist started when she was just a little girl. Therefore, Deam was really focused on her studies in school and got her high school diploma. Eventually, she joined college and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Media Arts with a minor in Electronic Journalism.
She then landed her first job working as an account executive at Dittoe Public Relations from 2018 to 2019. In 2006, Deam was able to join the Pacers Sports & Entertainment group as an NBA presenter. There, she gained more than five years of experience as a TV presenter. In 2018, Dean joined The Hot Room Indianapolis as an instructor.
