Jonathan Jackson is an actor, author, and musician who became famous primarily for his casting of the role of Lucky Spencer in the ABC television soap opera General Hospital. He also played the role of “Jesse Tuck” in the romantic fantasy movie “Tuck Everlasting”. Jonathan Jackson was born on May 11, 1982, in Orlando, Florida, USA. He was born of his mother, Jeanine Jackson, and his father, Rick Jackson. His mother is a businesswoman, while his father is both a family doctor and a country musician.

He spent his early years in Battle Ground, Washington, where he grew up with his brother and sister. There his parents enrolled him in Meadow Glade Elementary School, which he later graduated at the age of 16. Interestingly, he won the Soap Opera Digest Awards twice for his role as Lucky Spencer in the show. For the same show, he won the Hollywood Reporter’s Young Star Award three years in a row. In 1994 Jonathan made his film debut in the movie Camp Nowhere. Just one year later he was appointed to the role in the independent film True Rights.
