Jonathan Scott Biography
Jonathan Silver Scott is a Canadian TV personality from the HGTV series The Property Brothers and the co-founder and CEO of Scott Brothers Entertainment, which creates TV movies and digital content (including comedic videos like Funny or Die) for North American and international broadcasters. Scott is also an illusionist, contractor and film producer.
Scott is also the host of the show’s spin-offs such as Buying and Selling, Brother vs Brother, and Forever Homes. He works with his twin brother and they have written a memoir and a children’s book on construction. In 2022, Silver Scott and his brothers launched a magazine related to their brand titled Reveal.
They have been featured on The View, Good Morning America and other TV shows. In USA Today and Men’s Health. Jonathan has won many awards for his magic/illusion and has performed on TV and live on stage in Las Vegas. He is also a former national karate champion with a 2nd degree black belt. He also participated in the NBA All-Star Celebrity Game.

Jonathan serves as a global ambassador for the charity World Vision, working to improve child protection in developing countries. He completed his schooling at Thomas Haney Secondary School with his twin brother and later attended the University of Calgary to study Business Management. Jonathan also enrolled at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology with a major in construction and design.
