Trupp met Brandon at school and they dated for more than two years. Brandon was bossy and easily angered by his girlfriend. When he got mad at her, he would start hitting her.
Every time Brandon got mad, he would pass out and start punching his girlfriend in the face. After calming down, he wouldn’t remember anything he did to his girlfriend.
Sources claim this all happened because of jealousy confined within Brandon. He was insecure and would get jealous of her talking to other people very soon.
Tied to these many toxic traits of his, Trupp left him and they eventually parted ways. However, something really traumatic happened after that.
How did Josey Trupp become paralyzed?
Brandon couldn’t stand Josey moving on with her life and opened the door. When he got there, he saw Trupp sleeping next to her friend on the couch, which was unbearable for him, and out of aggression, he called her to talk. She did not know about the attack and left.
After Trupp got out, he started beating her and made her lie on the floor, and then he threw 35kg of concrete slab at her and left her to die bloodied.
Trupp underwent many surgeries on his neck and jaw, wearing a metal brace around his neck and having metal pieces placed in his jaw.
He overcame the trauma after undergoing a series of therapy sessions. For now, she is doing comparatively immensely well than ever before. But, what makes people wonder is about the fairness of her. So what happened to her abusive ex?

Brandon Moore arrested?
So, Moore basically had a criminal record when he was a minor. When he was just fifteen years old, he was said to have been involved in the gang rape of a 21-year-old girl named Melissa. Found guilty, he was sentenced to 141 years in prison without parole. However, seventeen years later he was sentenced again.
Moore, after ruining a life, met Trupp and ruined hers too. Keeping these feelings bottled up from within, he made the decision to end her life and reportedly committed suicide at the North Mississippi Medical Center.
However, Trupp has no reactions or statements after his death. It is assumed that she really has advanced further in her life, and the girl who was suspected of being paralyzed forever, finally, fighting against all odds, has started walking again.
