Josh Chapin biography

Josh Chapin is an American journalist who currently works as a reporter and anchor for ABC 11 Eyewitness News. He reports every weeknight at 11pm from across the Triangle.

Prior to joining the Eyewitness News staff, Josh worked as a general reporter in Houston for KHOU 11 News, a CBS affiliate. Chapin spent more than three years reporting in Texas’ most populous city, covering a range of stories, including the devastation and humanitarian response to Hurricane Harvey.

Josh was born and raised in New York, where he still has a family. But he’s no stranger to North Carolina – Sosh graduated cum laude from Duke University in 2009 with a major in media policy. He even interned at another station at Raleigh Durham Market.
