Karen Kilgariff is an American actress, podcast host, writer, singer, and comedian famous for hosting the number one iTunes comedy podcast “My Favorite Murder”. Kilgariff began hosting My Favorite Murder throughout Georgia Hardstark in 2016. She has also written for many comedy television shows, including head writer on The Rosie Show, The Ellen Degeneres Show, and The Pete Holmes Show.
In 2018, Georgia and Karen co-founded the Exactly Right podcast network. She also wrote the non-fiction book Stay Sexy and Don’t Get Murdered alongside Georgia. The book was released in 2019. Having grown up outside of Petaluma, she attended São Vicente de Paulo school in Petaluma.
She started her career as a comedian in Sacramento. Karen went on to land comedy roles on television, including being a cast member in seasons 3 and 4 of Mr. Show.
