Kellie Cowan is an award-winning American journalist who currently works at FOX 13 News, Tampa, Florida as a journalist and multimedia reporter. She joined the station staff in February 2016. Furthermore, Cowan arrived at Sunshine State via snow-covered Syracuse where she served as a news and sports reporter.
