Kevin Ogle is an American journalist who currently serves as the main anchor for KFOR-TV (Channel 4), an NBC-affiliated television station in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He also does occasional reporting, including the “Bottom Line” financial segments seen during the stations’ 6:30 pm news. Born in Edmond, Oklahoma, he attended and graduated from Edmond High School. He later attended Kansas State University on a basketball scholarship. After his freshman year, he left Kansas State University and joined Oklahoma State University, where he earned a degree in journalism from the Paul Miller School of Journalism and Broadcasting.
After graduation, he began his career as a television sports photographer and editor in Oklahoma City. Prior to joining KFOR-TV, he worked at CBS affiliate KFSM-TV in Fort Smith. He also worked for ABC affiliate KSWO-TV in Lawton and KWCO radio in Chickasha.
He joined KFOR in 1993 as a weekend anchor and general mission reporter. Kevin was later promoted to weekday anchor in 1996. He has since risen to the top and is currently the station’s main news anchor.
